From logistics to SAP
I started in logistics operations in the United States, dispatching trucks and untangling messy ERP data. That work taught me to care about the gap between a process as designed and the way it behaves under real pressure. I later moved into SAP consulting, spending two years at Lidl on SAP Transportation Management and international rollouts across the United States and Europe. At 4flow, I have worked on warehouse and transport projects and the less glamorous details that determine whether a rollout succeeds.
Enterprise AI adoption
I led the selection and rollout of an internal AI tool for about 275 colleagues and still manage the product side of that work. My focus includes roles and permissions, compliance, training, use cases, feedback, and deciding which new capabilities are useful enough to introduce. I also build RAG tools, evaluations, and automations myself so my product decisions stay connected to how the technology actually works.
What I make here
This is my personal, non-commercial site. I publish small software projects, experiments, and first-person notes about what I learned while making them. Some projects explore enterprise AI and research systems; others exist because my daughter asked for something fun. I also play pickup basketball on Mondays and write mostly to figure out what I actually think.
