I lead the selection and rollout of an internal AI tool for about 275 colleagues, covering roles and permissions, training, use cases, compliance, feedback, and new features. I also build RAG tools, evaluations, and automations, including this benchmark of six AI tools given the same messy evidence and measured on quality, cost, speed, and brand adherence.
I started in logistics operations in the US, dispatching trucks and untangling messy ERP data, then moved into SAP consulting. I spent two years at Lidl working on SAP TM and international rollouts across the US and Europe, followed by warehouse and transport projects at 4flow.
