Numberblocks Animation Proof of Concept

A short browser animation I made because my daughter likes Numberblocks.

Screenshot of a playful number-blocks animation scene where 20 splits into two 10s in a park.
One 20 sneezes into two 10s, then the three 10s celebrate together.

Demo

See it in action

Ten, Twenty, Ten!

Achoo!
20 = 10 + 10

A 10-second original proof scene: 20 sneezes into two 10s, then all three 10s celebrate together.

The browser animation runs through a short scene: 20 sneezes, splits into two 10s, and the three 10s celebrate together.

What I made

My daughter likes math and the YouTube show Numberblocks. I used Codex to make a short scene where 20 sneezes into two 10s and the three 10s celebrate.

My daughter and I watched it together. Codex made the basic animation easy, but it is nowhere near the quality of the show.

What I’d change

I would make the hands look less strange when the characters high-five.

How I built it

I built it with React, TypeScript, Vite, CSS animations, and a few prompts in Codex.
