Public notebooks age better than portfolios

Portfolios tend to freeze work at the moment it looked most impressive. Public notebooks can show the path: the question, the draft, the artifact, the unfinished edge, and the useful conclusion.

That shape is more forgiving and often more honest. It lets projects and writing point at each other without forcing everything into a case study.

The tradeoff is discipline. A notebook still needs structure, or it becomes a pile. The structure here starts with three rooms: Andrew, Projects, and Writing.
